January. First snowfall. The coats, hats, and mittens appear. Feet are shoved into boots that are maybe just a tad too small... we didn't get them out earlier - we're tough, we don't need boots til it snows!

The sledding tracks are set and smoothed and ready for the first real run.

A few days later we eke out every bit of fun from the patchy snow covered hills.

The next day the temperature hits 65 degrees and you ride bikes in pajamas over the snowbanks!
Rinse and repeat until sometime in March or April!
